Dr. Raymond Dunn is board certified in both plastic surgery and hand surgery.
Dr. Raymond Dunn stands behind the safety and quality of services provided at the UMass Memorial Cosmetic Surgery Center. He has brought his experience to patients for two decades, tailoring cosmetic procedures to each individual’s unique needs.
Named consistently to the list of Best Doctors® in the nation, Dr. Dunn is recognized as an exceptional leader in his field of plastic surgery. He was elected president of the New England Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons in 2005, and in 2002 was awarded the Godina Fellowship from the American Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery. Dr. Dunn is one of America’s Top Plastic Surgeons, and appeared in Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers.
Dr. Dunn completed his undergraduate education at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where he remains an adjunct professor of biomedical engineering. He completed his medical education at Albany Medical College, general surgical training at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and plastic surgery training at the Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk. He is a professor of surgery and cell biology at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
A fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Dr. Dunn’s areas of expertise in cosmetic surgery are:

For the Division of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Dunn has focused his reconstructive surgical skill on patients with chronic wounds of the lower legs and on patients with traumatic injuries requiring microsurgical reconstruction.
